If all of my assets are in a Trust, do I need to make a will?

This subject is covered in detail in the book, "How to Manage a Pure Contract Trust", which comes with the Trust package. Briefly, you do not want to include in a will anything that you have exchanged into a Trust as this will just confuse things when you die. You may want to have a will to take care of certain personal items that you don't want to exchange into a Trust plus it may be "lower profile" to have a will as almost everyone has one. Not having a will may act as a "red flag" to lawyers and bureaucrats causing them to investigate you affairs more closely, especially if you have been living well with no visible means of support.
