Does the Trust have to be declared to anyone?

Yes. The Trust has to be made a matter of public record. This is done by filing the Trust Indenture in a county recorder's office. It matters little which county as once it is filed in one county, it is considered public information in all counties and all states of the united States of America. The only exception is if you want to exchange real property into the Trust. You will need to file the Trust Indenture in the county where the real property is located in order to effect the exchange.
