I ran across this site by accident. A URL in someone's email message signature block pointed me to the site. We signed up some time ago and have been getting commission checks pretty consistently even though we haven't actively marketed it. We have not had any complaints. At this point, we highly recomment it, especially if you are any good at internet marketing already.
The basic idea behind the site is that there are millions of people trying to make money on the WWW but most have no idea of how to go about it. Many of these people will be willing to pay a reasonable fee to learn how to make money on the WWW. The site owner appears to have a lot of experience with marketing on the internet and appears willing to share it. There is also a pretty lucrative dealer offer if you wish to market the site to your customers.
