One way to increase your financial privacy and make it easy to keep some of your assets in gold is to open an account with Anthony L. Hargis & Company. Anthony L. Hargis & Company (ALH) operates a free-market bank in Orange County, California. Each account is, in reality, two accounts. One account is maintained in US Federal Reserve Notes (commonly called US Dollars) and the other in gold. You can transfer amounts between the accounts to easily manage the amount of gold you own. You can use "Transfer Orders", similar to a check, to pay others who have an account with ALH or you can direct ALH to write a regular check for you so you can pay those who do not have an account with ALH.
