While they give very detailed instructions about the address of the building, the room number, and the floor, they don't tell me what city the building is located in. There was sufficient information in other parts of the letter, as well as a return address on the envelope, that enabled me to figure out where the building is. This is not a particularly important point. I just like to point out bureaucrat errors whenever I get a chance.
