The IRS has recently come under fire as an uncaring bureacracy. Notice the attempt to put a caring face on what is basically a demand for some of my assets. This polite tone is carried throughout this notice but the politeness should very quickly disappear as it becomes obvious that I am serious about unvolunteering.
