Instructions on How to Download and Validate

In order to obtain a validated copy of this document, you need to have four things:

  1. The signed and time-stamped document itself. Click here to download it.
  2. pkunzip.exe installed on your system. Click here to download it.
  3. PGP installed on your system. Click here for info on how to do that or go to the International PGP web site for the latest information on PGP.
  4. The PGP public key of the Digital Time Stamp Service. Click here to download it. After downloading it, add it to your PGP public keyring.
  5. The PGP public key of any other signatures. You can usually find these by searching a Public Key Server for the email address of the person who signed it.

Once you have the document on your system and the Digital Time Stamp Service public key added to your keyring, unzip the document using pkunzip.exe. Then decrypt the unzipped document using PGP. This will verify the date and time of the signature and verify that the document has not changed since it was signed. After exiting PGP, you will find a file with no extension but with the same name as the file you are validating. Open this file with the appropriate application software as noted in the title and you should be able to read the original document.

If you run into any problems that you cannot figure out, send email to wepin@wepin.com explaining the problem. Someone will get back to you.
