Most people think of the political spectrum as two-dimensional. That is, all political philosophies can be described as left, centrist, right, or somewhere on a straight line between those three. For example:

Actually, the political spectrum is much more complex than that and is best described as a two dimensional spectrum. The two dimensions are degrees of economic freedom and degrees of individual freedom. Several 'politicians' have been placed on the example grid below. You may disagree with some of my placements but you get the idea.
You can take the test online right now or, if you are running Microsoft Windows, you can download a copy of the World's Smallest Political Quiz and run it on your own system. By answering ten questions, you can determine, with a fair accuracy, where you fit on the two-dimensional political spectrum. You may be surprised to find out where you are.
