Healthy Powder (Used in various recipes)

This recipe should be used to prepare the Healthy Powder that is an ingredient in many of the other recipes.

Combine:

2 cups nutritional yeast (or yeast substitute)
1 cup lecithin granules
1/4 cup kelp (or kelp substitute) or alfalfa powder
1/4 cup bone meal (or 9000 mg calcium or 5 tsp eggshell powder)

Yeast Substitute: Omit the yeast, reduce the bone meal to 5 tsp and calcium to 3200 mg. Add a complete cat multi-vitamin mineral supplement daily as recommended on the label.

Kelp Substitute: Omit the kelp, add 3/4 tsp iodized salt plus 1/4 cup Nature's Recipe Trace Minerals or alfalfa powder or montmorillonite.
