Are you not willing to give your IOU when you want to buy something, provided that that IOU is payable only in your services or goods? Of course you are. Everybody is. It merely means creating sales for yourself. We are all willing to issue our IOU's. Now all we have to agree upon is that we will all accept one another's IOU's. Thus we really redeem our own IOU's by accepting anybody's IOU's.
